  Looking for something special for 2008 - try our 'themed' Wedding Package.  Getting married with pink as the main colour?  We can supply our 44" fountain with Pink Belgian Chocolate with of course, matching pink serviettes.  Also available in other colours for other events.  Please note the actual colour of the chocolate is a pale pink, picture is solely for illustrative purposes.

 

All wedding packages are based on providing 10kg of either Milk, Plain or White Belgian Chocolate and dips for 100 guests (see Note). These packages start at £299 and can be paid for by instalment!  All packages include:

  • A Large Sephra Chocolate Fountain standing 44 inches tall;

  • Two attendants who will assemble and maintain the fountain and assist you and your guests throughout the hire time;  NB: Please don't accept a fountain that isn't supervised, you will regret it and the venue may charge you for the mess!

  • A display of fresh fruit around the base of the fountain for decorative purposes;

  • A supply of Skewers & Quality Napkins;

Note: If you have more than 100 guests then please talk to Michelle.  Some people have thought that if you double the number of people the price doubles - this is not the case.  As an example the Bronze Package for 200 people would work out at around £80 extra (just 80p per head)!

This package includes:

  • Up to 3 Hours of chocolate dipping hire at your venue;

  • 10 Kg of the finest quality Belgian chocolate;

  • More than enough marshmallows for 100 guests  (each additional guest, add 80p) 

 

 

Silver £399

This package includes:

  • Up to 3 Hours of chocolate dipping hire at your venue;

  • 10 Kg of the finest quality Belgian chocolate;

  • Marshmallows & Strawberries for 100 guests   (each additional guest, add £1.00) 

 

Gold £ 439


 This package includes:

  • Up to 3 Hours of chocolate dipping hire at your venue;

  • 10 Kg of the finest quality Belgian chocolate;

  • 4 different dips of your choice for 100 guests  (each additional guest, add £1.20), from our approved list) – for example, strawberries, marshmallows, fudge and fresh pineapple.

Note: Profiteroles are available as an extra e.g. 300 profiteroles (enough for 100 guests) add £80.

 

We can supply our Small Sephra Fountain containing White Belgian Chocolate with any of these packages, for just £100 extra.

Greet your Guests Package, comprising approximately two hours of dipping hire for 100 guests with marshmallows and a constant flow of warm, Belgian Chocolate - Delicious, what a welcome!  Available up until 4 pm.

Children's Parties:

We supply the Fountain and Belgian Chocolate.  All you have to do is collect the fountain on the day of the party and return it fully cleaned after the event.  You will receive enough Belgian Chocolate for around 20 people.  You can use any dipping items from our approved list but please avoid items that are watery or likely to crumble, as this will spoil the flow of the chocolate.

The total cost of this option is £100 which is excellent value for money when you consider the WOW factor that it generates - the kids (and parents) will love it.

 

Small Print: There is a £50 cash deposit taken at the time of collection.  This will be returned on receipt of the fountain (in the same condition as it was released).

 

Anniversaries & Birthdays for Adults

 

A Sephra Fountain from Chocolate Heaven is a wonderful addition to any celebration and will have your guests talking about their 'chocolate experience' for some time after.   Anniversaries and Birthdays are special occasions which vary widely in terms of the number of guests invited and the catering arrangements.   For this reason these events are priced individually depending on your requirements so please call Michelle on 01656 786993 for a price.   If this is a surprise, please let us know exactly who in the household we should contact in case of a query.
